Give intermittent fasting a try. It's pretty easy to follow and the only thing that has helped me drop pounds.

Btw you're still very young and I imagine you will lose weight even faster than I. Good luck to you on whatever method you try though.

Start small and know you will have ups and downs. Pick 3 goals, and focus on them. Don't reward yourself with food (you're not a dog). Have goals and rewards and focus on portions as opposed to dieting. Remember it's a lifestyle not a diet.

Hello, so the fantastic thing is that you're about to go to college, which is a hub for all kinds of people. Try to find yourself a group of people who will always be positive and supporting, they may even want to do things with you. The other great thing about colleges are the beautiful campuses. You can always take some time in the day when you have free time to just stroll around campus, this gives you an exercise with the added benefit that you can learn EVERYTHING the campus has to offer.
