When I was 19 after a week of not being able to sleep or lay down without my lower back aching I started throwing up and went to the hospital they told me that I was severely dehydrated and it looked like I was heading towards kidney failure if I didn't make lifestyle changes it still took me 2 years to start drinking water and stop drinking soda. Even before that when I was 18 I was asked if I was pregnant. Those were some pretty low points in my life. I've lost 50 lb and completely changed my lifestyle.
