Weird Symptoms After Eating - Need Advice

i am having a really weird set of symptoms. Since the end of August, i have experienced the following after eating: dizziness/lightheadedness, nausea, brain fog, and chills. Onset is 30 minutes after eating and it lasts about two hours. Blood pressure, heart rate, and blood glucose is all normal. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar?

Hey Keava, I suffer from dizziness but it has nothing to do with food, to my knowledge. Have you had your tests when you had your symptoms or only after? Is your hemoglobin okay?

Yep, my doc did a glucose tolerance test and it all came back normal. i am unsure whether or not they have checked my hemoglobin, but i will definitely mention it to my doc!

What are you eating? You may be having cross reactions.

A migraine specialist told me that my sensitivity to salycilates is a cross reaction from the gluten. Salycilates are in most fruits and vegetable.😥
