Looking for Wellbutrin Experiences

I just started Wellbutrin, what are peoples experiences with this? I know it’s person to person, but in general I would like to know what people thought of it. My doctor told me it’s generally popular but could cause a lot of anxiety and I already have a lot of anxiety, like it’s very difficult to leave the house, so I’m worried it will become completely debilitating. I’m taking it for bipolar depression after a couple other antidepressants didn’t work and I’m already maxed out on my mood stabilizer. What was good, what was bad for you? Just wondering, I want to know what to expect a little, even tho it’s different person to person.

I didn’t notice any anxiety. I could definitely tell it worked for me when I first started taking it, but after that I don’t know. It seemed the effectiveness died off, but I’m still taking it. In rare cases, it can pass through you into your stool without being absorbed. At least I had that happen to me quite a few times at first, but not anymore. But that’s rare for people on it. I think it was just something with the outside coating of the tablet not digesting in my system. Anyway that’s been my experience with bupropion (generic name for Wellbutrin).
