Well for me I had a lot of ways to get by on my own, but I realized sometimes it can be to much to handle and I just need someone or something other than simple everyday tactics, if you feel physical pain or maybe just overwhelmed or feel like it has a big impact on everyday life it might be a good idea to get help, but I wish you luck!

I knew anxiety and depression was a huge possibility for me because my whole family had it. I basically just tried my hardest to suffer through without any help. I’d get terrible stomach aches because of how stressed out I was all the time and then one day I started throwing up. My sister caught me and basically told me that she wasn’t going to let me suffer and I agreed to go to the doctor and get medicine
