White spot on finger, should I be concerned?

it's probably noting but I know people on here also have quite the array of knowledge. anyways, there's this white spot on the tip of my finger. the area that is white feels tingly? it's hard to describe. it just looks like a white circle on the tip of my finger. i just noticed it yesterday. I would try looking something up but again, hard to describe and family has no idea and I don't see the point of going to a doctor for something like that. especially if it turns out to just be something stupid.

I had that but on the bottom of my foot my pcp said it was skin cells that died and got trapped on the under layer of my skin but theres a nother cause that read it could be a build up of proteins in the skin usually not dangerous but then again I'm no doctor lol
