Amatriptyline for IBS - Experiences?
"Being patient with yourself and your body is important. Being open about your struggles and symptoms with people you trust can be helpful. Thinking about the food you're going to eat before you eat it, and eating foods that feel good while avoiding those that hurt can also help manage **IBS**. Probiotics, heat pads, and sometimes hot or warm tea first thing in the morning can also be beneficial. Eating smaller amounts more times a day, taking supplements like benefiber and calm magnesium to help soften everything, and using medications as prescribed by a doctor are other ways to manage IBS. Testing, diet, meds, and a good ongoing relationship with a GI specialist can also be beneficial."

I get nauseous, bloated, sometimes constipated, sometimes diarrhea, can't really stomach food, low appetite, stomach pain. The tips I told you usually clear things up, at least temporarily.
